PURPOSE:To enable a construction to be cut through an appropriate tension, and make a wire-saw less expensive, furthermore, prolong the lifetime thereof by arranging a pair of boosters in the vicinity of a concrete construction under water, and applying a predetermined tension to the winding end side of a diamond wire-saw. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus employed in a wire-saw method is equipped with a main driving device 2 installed on land and a scaffold-like supporting body 3 constructed under water and stood in the vicinity of a concrete construction 1 to be cut, and a diamond wire-saw 4 is suspended by the main driving device 2 at its one end, whereas, the other end thereof is wound around the construction 1 and it is kept in a endless state. The wire-saw 4 is suspended in a loop- like state at a forwarding side booster 5a and pulling side booster 5b provided rotatably on the supporting body 3 in a state of being supported respectively at the forwarding side 4a and the pulling side 4b, and moved rotatably in a endless state through rotational driving of the main driving device 2, so that it may cut the construction 1 while it is cutting into the inside thereof in a state where the tension is adjusted constantly by each booster 5a, 5b. |
