PURPOSE: To obtain a device low in cost and excellent in package performance and operability by cutting off a part of a flexible board at need, and thereby setting the inherent code of a unit or a module, etc. CONSTITUTION: The flexible board 1 of the device for setting a fixed code used for the flexible board is supported by a reinforcing plate 4 and a part of the board 1 is protruded from the reinforcing plate 4 to form a code setting part 2. In addition a print wiring 6 is provided on the board 1 so that the wiring 6 is connected to the ground from the output terminal 10 by way of the setting part 2 to be connected to a power source through a resistor 9 at a connection point 7 near the output terminal 10. In addition to the output terminal 10, the control part 11 such as CPU or a controller, etc., is connected. The board is cut off along a chain line 8 of the setting part 2 of this board 1 to supply DC voltage +V for the output terminal 10 to output a signal at a high level to facilitate cutting of by the optional shape of the cutting part to obtain the fixed code setting device low in cost and excellent in package performance and operability. |
