IMMUNOASSAY FOR DETECTING HIVI ANTIGEN

摘要

PURPOSE: To enhance the sensitivity of assay and elevate the specificity at good timing by generating an antibody/antigen composite where the antibody part is an anti-HIVIF (ab') fraction and detecting the presence or quantity thereof. CONSTITUTION: A solid support is coated with an anti-HIVI antibody and brought into contact with a biological sample. It is then brought into contact with a probe comprising anti-HIVIF (ab') fraction of a different animal and further brought into contact with an F(ab')2 fraction specific to same probe and bonded with a label. The label is detected as an index of presence of an HIVI antigen in the sample.
