PURPOSE: To maintain a uniform mass flow rate by arranging an aeration means to particulate solids in a conical containing means for supplying a particulate solid and gas mixture of a high temperature and high pressure to a receiving reactor from a holding container device in a dry coal supply device. CONSTITUTION: A tube 14 of an aeration device is fixed to the central part by a centering support means 27 in a receiving means 7 of a coal gasifying system arranged under a high pressure supply hopper, and a gaseous fluid is supplied through a flowmeter 25 and a flow controller 30 from a pressurized fluid source 20 to be blown off into particulate solids flowing down from the hole part 34 and a lower end opening 38. Pressurized nitrogen is injected between the wall part 12 and a jacket 13 through a flowmeter 26 and a flow controller 31 from a pressurized fluid source 21 to be blown off from a porous liner 8, and a coal gas mixture is transported to a vaporizer. Thus, a particulate solid and gas mixture uniformly discharged up to a receiving reactor (a vaporizer) can be transported while maintaining a uniform mass flow rate.
