PURPOSE:To get rid of waste of a molding material and to improve utilization of the material while the increase in a cost of a mold is depressed by incorporating and fixing a manifold and a heated nozzle in a die set which is a common usable part of a cassette type mold and heating always a resin path to a cavity part at a high temp. CONSTITUTION:When molding is performed, according to how to use an ordinary hot runner mold, a movable die set 16 is moved to a fixed die set 1 to carry out mold clamping and a molding material is fed through a sprue bush 6, a manifold 4 heated always at a high temp. and a heated nozzle 5 to obtain a molded item. After the molded item is cooled down, the movable die set is moved away from the fixed die set 1 to perform mold opening. Then, after the molded item is pushed out by means of an ejector pin 21 by forwarding ejector plates 17 and 18 and moving block 22 for operating the ejector plates of an unit 23, the ejector pin 21 is retreated to complete one stroke. |
