METHOD OF MEASURING ANTIBODY FACTOR IN HUMAN BODY LIQUOR AND MEASUREMENT OF CLASS SPECIFIC ANTIBODY

PURPOSE: To measure the antibody titer in human humor by separating a label bonded with two kinds of receptors R1 , R2 and sustained at a constant temperature from unbonded labels and then measuring the label in one of both phases. CONSTITUTION: In a method for measuring the antibody titer in a human humor according to the rule of immunoassay, one of receptors R1 or R2 includes anα-glycoside conjuate of disaccaride comprising bivalent galactose units and albumin wherein the disaccaride is bonded directly with albumin and the other receptor R2 or R1 is bonded specifically with a composite comprising an antibody to be measured or the antibody and a conjugate. When disaccarde-albumin- conjugate is employed as a receptor, the antibody titer in a humor can be measured easily and accurately up to 100% of conjugate.
