PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture and prevent deterioration of characteristics of a superconductor by molding a cylindrical body by using micropowder to form an oxide superconductor, further coating it with hardening resin after firing and then forming a spiral groove by a mechanical processing to be filled with hardening resin. CONSTITUTION:Micropowder consisting of an oxide superconductor or a composing material generating the oxide superconductor by firing is molded into a cylindrical body 10 for being given heat treatment and fired into a cylindrical body 10'. The inside and the outside of the fired cylindrical body 10' are molded with epoxy resin 11 and 11' and a spiral groove 12 is formed on the outside epoxy resin layer 11 and the cylindrical body 10' by a machining process. Next, a coil 14 is manufactured by filling and hardening epoxy resin 13 inside the groove 12. In this way, manufacture is facilitated while preventing deterioration of characteristics of the superconductor. |
