The hearing aid comprises an electronic assembly consisting in particular of an earpiece 11, a microphone 12, an amplifier 17, a potentiometer 18 and at least one battery 19. According to the invention, the earpiece 11 and the microphone 12 are placed in a small canula 10 adapted to be introduced directly into the auditory meatus 3 of the ear 1, and the other components 17, 18, 19 of the electronic assembly are integrated in a decorative accessory 16 such as a piece of jewellery applied onto the lobe 2 of the ear. <IMAGE>
