A mould material and a profiled strip extruded from the material, in particular for the manufacture of window and door frames, are described. The moulding material is based on polyolefines, modified with ethylene propylene diene rubbers (EPDM) and/or ethylene propylene rubbers (EPM) and reinforced with glass fibres and talcum. In another embodiment of the invention, special components which, in combination, confer high rigidity on the profiled strips are proposed.
