The operating system employs a final consonant phoneme in place of an unimportant code in the current 34 Hangul letter element arrangement and adds seven double vowel codes for a 40 element arrangement to be stored in a program. The system achieves a combined function for expressing Hangul characters in either assembly or disassembly of the character elements.
