PURPOSE:To reduce the application of stress to anchor bolts for preventing the breakage of the anchor bolts by aiding the drawing resistance of the anchor bolts by the shearing stress of the foundation. CONSTITUTION:An anchor bolt 2 is penetrated into a foundation 1 in such a way as to form an aperture, and then coupled to the structure 1 at its coupler 13 provided its lower end in such a way as to enable it to securely fasten to the ground 1 and also to aid the drawing resistance of the bolt 2 by the shearing stress of the foundation 1. Thus, the drawing force applying to the bolt 2 when the heat load W of a refractory acts on the steel sheath 4 of the structure 3 is aided by the shearing force F of the foundation 1. Accordingly, the expectable elongation range of the bolt 2 is the distance (l3) from the upside of an anchor frame 14 to the upside of an intermediate base ring 6', and generated stress applying to the bolt 2 is reduced to 1/5 of that of the conventional cases. |
