A description is given of a device for analysing respiratory gases. This device is constructed using broadband and special gas sensors. When specific components appear in the respiratory gas, this device can be used to confirm the suspicious factors in the occurrence of specific states of disease. On the other hand, the device can also be constructed so that it can be applied in intensive care units for the purpose of permanent monitoring and observation.
