PURPOSE: To prevent the start of a two wheeler without a helmet by transmitting, when it is detected that the helmet is being normally worn, a signal of this content from a transmitter unit, and releasing a body drive preventing mechanism when it is received by a body-side receiver unit. CONSTITUTION: A helmet-side transmitter unit 1 is provided with an electricity supplying unit 6, sensors 11-13 for detecting that a helmet is being normally worn, a coded signal emitter 3, and an antenna 4, and when it is detected that the helmet is being normally worn, a signal of this content is transmitted. A receiver unit 2 on a two wheeler body side such as motorcycle is provided with a power source 14, a receiver 16, an antenna 18, and a preventing circuit 17, and when the signal of the helmet being worn is received, the preventing circuit 17 for prohibiting the drive of an engine is released so that the body can be started. When the engine is driven without receiving the signal, a sound alarm device is operated. Thus, the start of a two wheeler without a helmet can be prevented. |
