摘要 PURPOSE:To provide excellent controllability and response characteristics to the flow rate distribution of fluid by comparing the average flow rate calculated from the total sum of the actually measured value of the quantity of the fluid flowing in the entire branch pipe and the actually measured value of the quantity of the fluid flowing in each branch pipe and controlling the flow rate and temp. of the fluid. CONSTITUTION:The flow rate F1 of a branch pipe 1 is measured with a flowmeter 1b, and is inputted to a calculating circuit 101 for average flow rate and a comparator 102. In the circuit 101, the average flow rate -XF with the flow rate Fi of the other branch pipe is calculated. In a comparator 102, said average flow rate is compared, and the result is inputted to a converting circuit 103 for the changing rate of opening and a converting circuit 104 for the changing rate of temp. From the circuit 103, the changing rate ZSV1 for opening is inputted to a calculating circuit 105 for average value of the changing rate of opening which calculates the average value -ZSV with the changing rate ZSVi of the other branch pipe. Said value is compared with the changing rate ZSV1 and a correction value Z1 for the changing rate of opening is calculated in a comparator 106. The value Z1 is inputted to an upper and lower limit setter 1f, and when set conditions are satisfied, the flow rate is controlled with a flow rate control valve 1a. With regard to the temp., the similar processing is also carried out and the temp. is controlled with a steam valve 1d.
