<p>PURPOSE:To improve air conditioning efficiency and the durability of a house by forming air-tight thermal insulation layers on an external wall and a roof, and by connecting a heat exchanger set in a space between the roof and a ceiling or in a space under a floor, and a exhaust air slot formed in a residential space, to each other. CONSTITUTION:On an external wall and a roof, air-tight thermal insulation layers 4 are formed, and in a space 1 between the roof and a ceiling, or in a space 3 under a floor, a heat exchanger 5 is set. Besides, in a residential space 2, an exhaust air slot 7 is formed, and the exhaust air slot 7 and the heat exchanger 5 are connected to each other via a pipe 13. Then, open air is discharged into the space 1 between the roof and the ceiling or into the space 3 under the floor via the heat exchanger 5, and air in the residential space 2 is discharged to a external section via the heat exchanger 5. Then, ventilation inside and outside a house A can be performed without heat coming inside and outside, and so air conditioning efficiency is not lowered. Besides, moisture in the residential space 2 can be discharged to an external section, and so the generation of condensation is suppressed, and the durability of the house A can be enhanced.</p> |
