In case of rooms which are shielded against electromagnetic interference fields and have to be accessible via doors or the like, the opening which is closed by the door exhibits a case and a shielding door leaf which is articulated on said case, there being provided a peripheral, electrically conductive connection between door leaf and case which is interrupted when the door is opened and is composed of at least one outwardly open U-profile on the case, of a profile which, in the closed position, penetrates into the open profile, simultaneously forms a frame and is located on the door leaf, and of spring contacts which act between these and are located on the inner sides of the two legs of the U-profile. A simple and functionally reliable construction is obtained in that the profile on the door leaf is an outwardly tapering trapezoidal profile, whose trapezial angle is dimensioned, in relation to the pivoting radius of the door leaf about its articulation, such that the spring contacts are loaded only towards the end of the closure movement.
