The system, which can convert sea-wave motion to power, comprises a float (2) containing a stator (1) and a rotor (3) having an inner spring, and a weight (6) suspended with a wire (5) to the bottom end of the inner spring of the rotor. The rotor is driven by the spring motion of the inner spring which is loaded by the weight and actuated by the difference (h-h') from the height (h) of a surface sea-wave and the height (h') of an inner sea-wave flowing around the weight.
