PURPOSE:To effectively utilize a line by stopping the transmission power supply to a line when the quality of the line is extremely deteriorated or out-of-synchronism occurs in the line and transmitting data by utilizing another vacant line. CONSTITUTION:When the quality deterioration of a line exceeds an allowable value, a line abnormality monitoring section 5 changes the output data of a line quality measuring section 4 and simultaneously transmits the changed output data to an opposite and monitoring stations from an output terminal 15 as line abnormality information. At the opposite station, the correction controlling signal of the output of a transmission power controlling section 6 is changed to a transmission power disconnecting signal and a carrier is turned off. Moreover, the line abnormal information is also inputted to a line reconnection request controlling section 7 and line reconnection requesting information and transmission power disconnecting information are respectively sent to the monitoring station through output terminals 17 and 16. An assigning frequency controlling section 3 changes the frequency of another vacant line after searching the vacant line at the monitoring station and data are transmitted by using the newly assigned line at the opposite station. Thus the lines can be utilized effectively. |
