The hydraulic control cylinder having 3-stepped forward strokes and 1-stepped rearward stroke comprises a main cylinder body having a main cylinder chamber (1) and two larger cylinder chambers (2,3) at both ends of the main cylinder chamber, a main piston (8) with a piston rod (4), two aux. pistons (13,13') slidably mounted on the piston rod in two larger cylinder chambers, and covers (5,5') screwed at both brims of the main cylinder body. A pair of hydraulic circuit passageways (15,16) are formed near both ends of the main cylinder chamber, and the other pair of hydraulic circuit passageways (17,18) are formed near both brims of the larger cylinder chambers.
