PURPOSE:To allow smooth feeding of a card to slide the end face of the card by pressurizing the adhesive agent near the cutting part of the end part of the card formed by sticking a substrate and a protective substrate to extrude the same to the outside so that the adhesive agent is formed thinner at the end face of the card than in the central part. CONSTITUTION:The card is formed by sticking the transparent resin substrate 1 having a recording layer 3 on the surface and the protective substrate 4 via the adhesive agent 2 by a laminator. The end part of the transparent resin substrate 1 of this card and the protective substrate 4 is then pressurized under heating or non-heating to extrude the adhesive agent to the outside. The adhesive agent in the end part of the card is sufficiently melted and is expelled by the high pressure. The projecting adhesive agent 2a is extruded to the stuck peripheral part and the card formed with the adhesive agent thinner in the end part of the card than in the central part is obtd. The bleeding out of the adhesive agent is decreased in this way and the card feeding to slide the end face of the card is executed smoothly. |
