ANTI-HUMAN GLUCOCORTICOID RECEPTOR ANTIBODY AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To accomplish simple quantification of human glococorticoid receptor in high accuracy through the enzyme immunoassay by using anti-human glucocorticoid receptor monoclonal antibody. CONSTITUTION:Using a monoclonal antibody to human glucocortiocid receptor, the human glucocorticoid receptor is quantified through the enzyme immunoassay. Also, using the above monoclonal antibody, human glucocorticoid receptor-positive cells are detected through a immunohistochemical technique. To prepare the human glucocorticoid receptor, human leukemia cell strain containing glucocorticoid receptor is put to mass culture and the resultant cells collected are used as a raw material.
