<p>PURPOSE:To prevent deformation and damage to operating lever, etc., by a method in which the projection of a wheel gear is provided with a contact point to be touched initially by the arm of the operating lever and a contact point to be finally touched by the arm. CONSTITUTION:When an electric current is supplied to an electric motor 26, a wheel gear 18 is turned through a worm 27, and one end 19 of a projection 45 comes into contact with the arm 16 of an operating lever 17. The lever 17 and a pin 100 are turned to turn a locking arm to locking position. When the gear 18 is turned reversely, the other end of the projection 45 comes into contact with the arm 16 to turn the locking arm to unlocking position.</p> |
