The pipe connection for compensating relative movements of the pipes has a bellows-like elastomer compensating member which is provided on its two ends with beads for clamping the compensating body between two pipe flanges. Each bead (2) of the compensating body has on its inner circumference in the area of its bead end side a recess (7) in to which a steel bead holder ring (8) can be inserted. This ring is pref. spring-elastic to allow for tolerances in the dia. USE/ADVANTAGE - The connection assembly is easier without the need for special tools.
