<p>PURPOSE:To save labor of assembling and to stabilize the quality by holding and inclining a boot to the gearing recess of a guide, inserting the fixing member of the boot to the circular groove of a work, and restoring it, and after that, slipping the center axis by pressing a jig, and removing it from the guide. CONSTITUTION:The upper side and the outer side of a piston boot 1 are adsorbed and held in a gearing recess 3a of a guide 3, the boot 1 is inclined by the first actuator 4, and the fixing part 1a of the boot 1 is inserted to a circular groove 2c of a cylinder 2 from one end side, and after that, the guide 3 is restored to the horizontal position. And the rod-form member 6b of a pressing-in jig 5 is unified to the axis of the piston rod 6b of the second actuator 6 by the cutting 3a' of the guide 3 avoiding the base of the caliber 2a, and the boot 1 is set on the upper part of the cylinder 2. Then, the center axis of the piston rod 6a and that of the rod-form member 5b are slipped to the center axis of the cylinder 2 while pressing the pressing-in jig 5 to the cylinder 2 side, the boot 1 is removed from the gearing recess 3a of the guide 3, and the fixing member 1a of the piston boot 1 is assembled securely to the circular groove 2c of the cylinder 2.</p> |
