Soft jaws are fastened to jaws with socket bolts. An operating shaft and the soft jaws are also fastened with socket bolts with keys intervened therebetween. A cylinder housing a spring is intervened at the distal end of the operating shaft. The operating shaft can be rotated around a hinge according to the forward and backward movement of a draw bar through an eccentric sliding ball intervened therebetween. The draw bar can be reciprocated in the bush which is threadedly clamped to the body.
