An apparatus for manufacturing boxes for seedling comprises a coating unit (7) of water-proof adhesives, a means for folding the paper and pressing roller installed in parallel from tension rollers (6). The rollers (13c)(13a)(13c')(13a') for controlling the interval of folded paper are installed to the next of the pressing rollers (9)(9') and the feeder of water soluble adhesives is installed at the next guide rollers (14) and a roller (16) for bonding so that the seedling boxer are produced in assembled state.
