<p>PURPOSE:To simply and inexpensively form an operation pedal by oppositely joining a pair of right and left plate materials having respectively symmetrical shapes to constitute a lever, forming a gap between the base parts of both the plate materials and forming a bent part constituting a footboard unitedly with the tip parts of the plate materials. CONSTITUTION:The lever 1 is constituted of a pair of plate materials and the gap 9 is formed between the base part of the lever 1 to which large force is applied at the time of depessing a pedal, so that the lever 1 having strength capable of resisting the operation force of the pedal can be easily molded with out setting up the thickness of the plate materials 5, 6 to a fairly large value. Thereby, a small-sized press machine for punching the plate materials 5, 6 can be used and the consumption of a metal mold in the press machine can be suppressed at the time of molding the plate materials 5, 6. Since the thickness of the plate materials 5, 6 can be reduced, the tip parts of the plate materials 5, 6 are simply bent by press working or the like to unitedly form the bent part 7 for forming the footboard and the footboard 2 can be easily formed on the tip part of the lever 1.</p> |
