PURPOSE:To extremely accurately control the health of a specific person from his(or her) meals by calculating calories and nutritional balance from taken meals and displaying a difference between the calculated result and the reference value of the person taking the meal. CONSTITUTION:In an ordinary method, nutritional balance or the like is calculated from foods without calculating the nutritional balance or total calories from the menu of cooked dishes or accurately informing the calculated result to an individual person having a personal difference. In this system, the sorts and quantity of taken meals are recorded, calories and nutritional balance are calculated from the taken meals and a difference between the calculated result and the reference value of the person taking the meals is displayed. Thus, data useful for personal health control can be informed from dishes taken in each person. |
