<p>PURPOSE:To accurately and easily assemble a rotary transformer by composing an outer coil mounted in the groove of an outer core of a shape memory alloy wire. CONSTITUTION:Both ends 9, 9' of a lead are wound on a core rod 24 having a large diameter C (C>Jd), heat treated (to prepare a shape memory), then wound on a core rod 23 having an axial diameter B so that the outer diameter E of a coil becomes E (D' with respect to the inner diameter D' of a second outer core, and deformed. In this case, the rod 23 is inserted into the core 3, then heated or a coil 8 is energized to be heated to be reset to a memory shape, and thus set in a coil mounting groove 6. When a bidirectional shape memory alloy wire is used, wound on the rod 23, and treated at a high temperature to prepare a shape memory, it is treated at a low temperature to prepare the shape memory in this step. In this case, the core rod to be mounted is not required, and a coil mounting work is further facilitated.</p> |
