<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a firm and stable artificial tooth root by providing a hollow portion on the base bottom portion of a bar type artificial tooth-root base material to be embedded in an alveolar bone and using the artificial tooth-root base material having a plurality of tiny holes for connecting the hollow portion to the outside. CONSTITUTION:First, a mucosa 9 on a portion for embedding an artificial tooth-root is separated off to expose an alveolar bone 11. Then, a hole is opened in the tooth axis direction from the flat face 15 of a bone top portion 13 and is enlarged to a size for exactly fitting an artificial tooth-root base material 1, and the artificial tooth-root base material 1 is inserted therein. Then, the hollow portion 3 of the artificial tooth-root base material 1 is filled with appetite granulated powder 19, which is pressingly filled up to the lower portion of a thread groove 7 and the mucosa 9 is sutured. After the lapse of 3-4 months from the embedding of the artificial tooth-root base material 1, when the appetite granulated powder 10 is integrally coalesced with the alveolar bone 11 via tiny holes 5, the mucosa 9 on the upper portion of a screw 21 is removed, the screw 21 is removed and a head core 23 is screwed therein, to install a stable artificial tooth-root.</p> |
