PURPOSE:To cut off noise generated at surroundings during speaking of a patient and to perform clear talking between the patient and an operator by a method wherein a microphone mounted to a frame part is covered with an expandable cylinder body, and the microphone is mounted movably within the cylinder body. CONSTITUTION:A patient 5 supported by a bed part 4 is photographed in a state to be moved in a central space region 3 of a frame part 1. In this case, the lower end part of an expandable cylinder body 8 with which a microphone 6 mounted to a frame body 1A is covered is situated in the vicinity of the patient 5 in a manner to be extended through a notch hole 2A of a cover 2 to the outside of the cover 2. When the patient speaks toward the microphone 6, since noise generated at surroundings is cut off by the presence of the cylinder body 8, only his voice is clearly transmitted to the microphone 6. Thus, clear talking between the patient and an operator can be effected without being influenced by noise at the surroundings. Control of movement of the microphone 6 and control of expansion and contraction of the cylinder body 8 can also be made by a remote control system. |
