<p>PURPOSE:To provide the sole of a shoe with different colors, the sea part of which is clearly divided from an island part present in the sea part and not mixed therewith at the boundary through employment of the surrounding wall of a bottom mold. CONSTITUTION:A material for a first rubber material bottom (a) is poured in a bottom mold 1, and a material for a second rubber material bottom (b) is poured in a middle mold 2. Top, middle and bottom molds 3, 2 and 1 are piled up to perform press molding of a rubber material. The top, the middle and the bottom mold are separated from each other, and a part a', surrounded with a surrounding wall 12, of the rubber material is removed. The top mold 3 is engaged with the bottom mold 1, a second rubber material is superposed with a first rubber material to perform press mold. In this case, the protrusion part of the second rubber material is just engaged with the removed part of the first rubber material a'. By heating, the layers of the first and second rubber materials are adhered together for vulcanization. When adhesion and vulcanization thereof are completed and the molds are removed, the sole of a shoe having a different color island part being a target product is provided. At a timing when the top, the middle and the bottom mold are removed is after the rubber materials enter to every corners and mingle with the surface of the mold, and is in a state in which vulcanization is not yet progressed. It is important that no mistake in this timing is made.</p> |
