<p>PURPOSE:To achieve passing through the entrance of a material which is larger than the entrance, by inserting a plurality of strip elastic plate in a pocket of a furnished elastic body which has a small entrance, expanding a rear tip of a group of strips, holding a material to be inserted, putting the material to have it passed through the entrance. CONSTITUTION:An upper point 2a of a plurality of strip elastic plate 2 is attached to an inner periphery 1a of a ring hardware 1. The inner periphery 1a of the ring hardware 1 is of almost the same shape as that of an entrance 3a of a pedal pad 3, and is made larger than a pedal plate 4 to be inserted, and a slit passing through an arm 4a of the pedal plate 4. A lower tip of the strip elastic plate 2 being inserted in the entrance 3a of the elastic pad 3, the pedal plate 4 is inserted from the inner periphery 1a of the ring hardware 1. The plate 4 is put and lowered through a group of elastic bodies by a putting arm 5, and as the entrance 3a of the pad 3 is expanded, the plate 4 is inserted into a pocket 3b of the pad 3. In this way, automation of all the processes can be executed.</p> |
