PURPOSE:To fix a lubricating spray and to reduce the cycle time by arranging plural notching grooves on inner surface of an injection sleeve at the most descending position of an injection plunger and coating foggy lubricant on the plunger and the sleeve through the notching groove. CONSTITUTION:When a movable die 9 abuts on a fixed die 6, cavity is formed. Further, at the time of opening the dies with shifting of the movable die 7, the sprays 8, 9 for die parting agent and the spray 5 for lubricating the plunger set at outside of both dies 6, 7 are inserted between both dies 6, 7 from side face and the die parting agent and lubricant are sprayed. Flow 4 of the lubricant is coated to the inner face of injection sleeve 1 and the outer circumference of the injection plunger 2 through the notching groove 3. Then, as the spray 5 for lubricating the plunger can be not necessary to provide a vertically moving mechanism, the vertical direction may be fixed. Therefore, the stroke H1 of die opening can be made small and loss time caused by stroke for sprays is eliminated and the productivity can be improved. |
