PURPOSE:To relieve the load of registering its own terminal equipment ID by selecting and operating the own terminal ID in matching with an opposite data sink at the line connection operation to a data sink among plural registered own terminal equipment ID. CONSTITUTION:In the case of registering plural own terminal equipment ID, n-set of own terminal IDs are stored in a memory 1 of #n by a memory switching control section 3 by using a ten-key from an operation section 2. When a dial number is inputted after the own terminal ID desired to be sent from the operation section 2 prior to the start of data transmission, e.g., #1# is entered by the ten-key, the line connection to the data sink is implemented and 'terminal equipment 1' is sent as its own terminal equipment ID at the start of data transmission or during data transmission and when the ten-key is entered as #2# as its own terminal ID, 'TERMINAL1' is sent as its own terminal ID. |
