PURPOSE:To attain high performance so that a magnetic core with high accuracy and small deviation may be mass-produced by forming a groove at the corner of a gap to fill a conductive resin, polishing the curved surface of the gap depth dimension untill reaches the required depth dimension while detecting electric resistance between the cores. CONSTITUTION:A slant face C is formed so that size (d) may be gap depth at the angle part of the core in the neighborhood of the magnetic gap forming scheduled part of a core block 1 to have a winding window 4. After that, the core blocks 1 are glass-welded, and conductive resin is filled to a channel part formed at the slant face C. After that, on curved-face-processing gap depth size to a broken line 6, processing is executed with applying an electric resistance measuring probe 7 to both the core blocks 1 and 1. Then, a point at which electric resistance detected by the probe 7 attains maximum is a gap upper edge line C', and the detecting of a gap upper edge can be executed easily. Thus, a magnetic core which is high accurate and of which deviation is small can be completed. |
