TUBULAR SLEEVE PROCESSING AND CUTTING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To adequately hold an extrusion molding part for manufacturing a tire, to cut it in the sleeve of specified length and to deliver to a release part by providing holding means and cutting means selectively moved for the extrusion molding part. CONSTITUTION:Tension is given to an extrusion molding part by holding means 7, 8. A sleeve in specified length is then cut in order from this extrusion molding part 17 by a cutting means 15 movable in the longitudinal direction linearly for the axial line of this extrusion molding part 17 and rotatable around this axial line. This cut sleeve is transferred to a release part. A holding means 15 is restored to the original position while under this transfer to prepare for the succeeding cutting.
