PURPOSE:To prevent winding or adhesive failure of a mat layer when it is pressed and adhered without lowering productivity by making heated and molten thermoplastic resin applied to one side of a fine porous film contain bubbles or making the fine porous film have volatile material. CONSTITUTION:A heated and molten thermoplastic resin 7 applied like a belt to one side of a fine porous film 1 is made to contain bubbles. The bubbles contained in the resin 7 hamper heat transfer so that it becomes difficult for the applied resin 7 to be cooled and the adherable time becomes long. Moreover, when a glass mat 9 is pressed and adhered, the bubbles in the resin 7 are crushed and get away from the inside of the resin 7. As a result, the resin 7 does not contain bubbles after it is pressed and adhered so that it becomes easily coolable and a time necessary for setting is shortened. The fine porous film 1 has volatile material, and the resin 7 is applied to this fine porous film 1. When the resin 7 is applied, the volatile material which the fine porous film 1 has is heated to become gas. Resultantly, the resin 7 comes to contain bubbles. |
