PURPOSE: To show a complete connection between a catheter and an insertion port by forming a coupling between both elements. CONSTITUTION: A double lumen catheter is slidably engaged in a nipple 124 with a jaw and a dividing wall 122 is engaged in a groove 130 to make an alignment. The near end of the catheter 116 is brought into contact with a shoulder part 140. In this way, fluid can flow from both lumens of the catheter through conduits 132, 134 to each reserver of an insertion device 100. And a snap lock sleeve 142 is slid on the catheter 116. When the sleeve 142 is pressed to a wall 148 inside a dent of the housing, the finger part will be pressed inward. And when the finger part is bent inward, a groove 152 will be closed, and the outer wall of the catheter will be pressed to the jaw part. When a lock housing 154 is engaged in a dent part 150, a click will be heard and felt, and by fixing the sleeve 142, the snap lock will be completed.
