PURPOSE:To shorten assembling time and to improve productivity by positioning plural hubs with a circular hole provided at the center of a resin substrate in advance on forming the substrate as reference. CONSTITUTION:To a receiving jig 10 having a protrusion for substrate-engaging 1 and a center shaft 2 for hub-engaging in its center, an optical disk consisting of resin substrates 13a and 13b joined through an inner ring shaped spacer 14 and an outer ring shaped spacer 15 is engaged, and a magnet sensitive hub 18a is joined with a ultrasonic fusion machine 4. Next, the information recording disk with which the magnet sensitive hub 18a is joined is tuned over, a receiving jig 20 is engaged, and a different magnet sensitive hub 18b is fusion-joined. Thus, since the positioning of the two hubs 18a and 18b is executed with a circular hole 11a provided on the resin substrates 13a and 13b as reference, the circular hole 11a is provided accurately on forming the substrate, beside, it is necessary for the receiving jigs 10 and 20 to be manufactured and to be adjusted accurately, duration is shortened at a assembling stage, and productivity is improved. |
