PURPOSE:To mount the title terminal electrode by using an ultraviolet-ray curing type adhesive by providing an opening part in the terminal electrode consisting of a metallic thin film formed on a light transmissive insulating substrate of glass, etc. CONSTITUTION:At the time of forming a terminal electrode 16 consisting of a metallic thin film, the terminal electrode is not formed all over but formed in a pattern shape having many opening parts 17. That is, ultraviolet rays detours in the peripheral part of the opening part 17 formed in the terminal and an ultraviolet-ray curing resin is cured, therefore, by increasing the number of opening parts 17 and giving an optimum size, the ultraviolet-ray curing resin can be cured extending over almost the whole. In such a way, the process is rationalized and the degree of freedom is obtained. |
