摘要

Monoclonal antibody against aspergilli; hybridoma formed by cell fusion of human lymphocyte with lymphoid established cells, and cell lines of its origin; transformed cells obtained by transforming human lymphocyte with EB virus; and process for producing human monoclonal antibody against aspergilli, which comprises culturing the cells and collecting human monoclonal antibody from the cultured product, are disclosed. The monoclonal antibody is expected to be useful for diagnosis and treatment of aspergillosis.
