PURPOSE:To improve critical current density by vertically standing even- numbered cylinders in a concentric circle state, alternately packing an explosive, superconductive oxide filling Ag wire materials, and a pressure medium into the void between the center cylinder and the cylinders, and exploding the explosive. CONSTITUTION:A large diameter cylinder 1 and a small diameter cylinder 2 are vertically placed in a carboard vessel 5 in a concentric circle state, and a pressure medium 4 and oxide filling Ag wire materials 3 are inserted into the void between the cylinders 1 and 2. And after a cover is closed, a explosive 6 is packed into the vessel 5 to be exploded with an initiation device 7. This causes explosion and compression without the disconnection of the material 3 to be highly condensed. Then a heat treatment is made in an oxygen atmosphere and a wire material having excellent critical current density is obtained. |
