摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent overflowing of liquid resulting from over-compressive- deformation of a fibre separator due to an internal pressure drop in an accumulator by mixing a spherical material having a specific diameter into a fibre separator. CONSTITUTION:A spherical material with a specific diameter is mixed into a fibre separator. It is assumed herein that the diameter of the spherical material is 81% or more of the thickness of a fibre separator as a simple substance under a dry condition when a pressure of 10kg/dm<2> is applied. Accordingly, a deformation of the inside of a battery jar at the time of an internal pressure drop is controlled to secure a stable discharge capacity and a leak of electrolyte can be prevented.
