Consequently, the transistor Q3 is operated, and one part of base currents 1b fed to the base of a transistor Q1 is bypassed, thus also reducing the driving currents Ic of the semiconductor laser LD, then lowering an optical output from the semiconductor laser LD. When the light emission of the semiconductor laser LD is stopped, the CPU 2 decides the light emission of the semiconductor laser LD, and transmits a control signal S2, thus turning a high-frequency module 3 OFF. A control signal S1 is transmitted, and the semiconductor laser LD is turned OFF. |
