PURPOSE:To improve the potential stability at the time of repetitive use and sensitivity by incorporating a tetraazaporphyrin deriv. and tetraazaporphyrin metal complex deriv. which are respectively specific into a photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The electrophotographic sensitive body having the photosensitive layer on a conductive base contains the tetraazaporphyrin deriv. expressed by formula I and the tetraazaporphyrin metal complex deriv. expressed by formula II in the photosensitive layer. In formulas, M denotes a silicon atom and metal atoms exclusive of alkali metal atoms; Y denotes a halogen atom, hydroxyl group, alkoxy group or oxygen atom, and n is 0, 1 or 2 integer. The electrophotographic sensitive body formed by using such tetraazaporphyrin deriv. and the tetraazaporphyrin metal compdex deriv. is extremely high in sensitivity and has the excellent potential stability at the time of repetitive use. |
