PURPOSE:To minimize a lenticular pitch in a colored display by dividing the color picture element array of a display panel into three in a line sequential direction. CONSTITUTION:The display panel is composed of a line sequential scanning side electrode 4 to successively array picture elements 3 of color three primary colors at a scanning side and drive the arrayed picture elements 3 and a data side electrode 5 to drive the picture elements 3 arrayed in a cross direction correspondingly to plural color three-dimensional picture signals. Consequently, the emission of the three primary colors is successively driven in the direction of the scanning side electrode 4, and for mixed colors, although they are time- sharing-emitted with delay for the adjacent time of line time, this never becomes a matter for human eyes because of an afterglow effect. Thus, color three- dimensional information can be displayed by minimizing the pitch of a lenticular lens. |
