PURPOSE: To simplify a structure of a device, to protect yarn, and to facilitate maintenance/repair by providing the loading surface for a support in a cup carriage in a transport device between a ring spinning machine and a yarn winder. CONSTITUTION: Conveyor belts 32, 33, 34, 35 driven by a motor 43 are operated in the rightward direction as shown by an arrow 44 and in the leftward direction as shown by an arrow 45. Therefore, a support 11 having a cup reaches a delivery division of the conveyor belt 32 having a spacer 49 or an operation rib along an inclined guide 46 in the rightward direction from a ring spinning machine 4. After a counter 50 regulates the correct number of cups of a first row, the conveyors 34, 35, 32, 33 are stopped, and after a frame 24 is turned or lowered to a main plane, a slider 29 is actuated. In a position where a thickness of the spacer 49 is adjusted to a width of a partition rail 16, the slider 29 moves the support 11 of a first row onto a cup carriage 5 to simultaneously push out the support 11 having an empty bobbin 8.
