PURPOSE:To prepare additive of feed for ruminant by forming first cover of specific polymeric material on the surface of acidic salt of basic amino acid to be core and forming second cover of specific synthetic polymer on the covered surface. CONSTITUTION:An acidic salt of basic amino acid is used as a core and first covering layer composed of nonionic hydrophilic polymeric material and/or anionic hydrophilic polymeric material on the surface of the core. Next, second covering layer composed of synthetic polymeric material soluble or swelling in water in acidic region of pH<=5.5 is formed on the surface of the first covering layer, thus the aimed additive of feed for ruminant is prepared. Lysine or arginine, etc., is shown as specific example of acidic salt of basic amino acid. Furthermore, vinylpyrrolidone, etc., is shown as specific example of nonionic hydrophilic polymeric material and homopolymer of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, etc., is shown as specific example of anionic hydrophilic polymeric material. |
