PURPOSE:To decrease the burden of an operator by discriminating the necessity of a backup with a backup selecting part and automatically transferring to a work station to execute the backup. CONSTITUTION:A backup selecting part 9 to ask the necessity of the backup is provided at respective work stations 12a-12c connected to a LAN 11. By the backup selecting part 9, each time the data are prepared and changed, the user himself discriminates the necessity of the backup, selects truly the necessary data only, and a backup data transferring part 10 automatically transfers the selected data to the work station to execute the backup. Thus, the load of the operator is decreased. |
